About
Sarah Gulliver is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) specialising in paediatric nutrition. She completed her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Class I Honours) at the University of Wollongong. Sarah trained at a Specialist Children's Hospital in Sydney.

Sarah has a particular professional interest in the gut microbiome and providing expert nutrition advice to promote the development of a healthy and diverse microbiota for infants, children and adolescents. She advocates for this as a key part of the puzzle for lifelong physical and mental health.

Sarah grew up on a farming property in North West NSW which gave her an appreciation for the paddock to plate journey. While University brought her to Wollongong, the beauty of the coast and the escarpment kept her in the area. She enjoys morning ocean swims and hikes around the Illawarra bush lands and rainforests.
